The experiment and equipment department:
There are 58 personals at work.Among them,9 straight in the
department, 25 in the modern education ＆technique center, 24
in the project of training center. The equipment Department is divided into office:
Experiment management department, Material supply department;
Two subsidiary of department: The center of modern educating
and technology ,The center of engineering and training.
Working Duty 1、 Make and implement the construction plan
in the laboratory and annual plan, examine the instrument and
equipment and allocate the scheme relevantly, responsible for
distributing the turnover funds of laboratory construction and
apparatus and equipment, and carry on the benefit assessment
of investment. 2、 Responsible for the teaching management
of the experiment , perfect the management system of the laboratory
, including experiment teaching, experimental technique research,
community service situation are verified and assessed. 3、 In charge of the purchase and supply of
such goods and materials as laboratory apparatus and equipment
, material ,etc. , improve its exploitation benefit. 4、 In charge of the purchase and supply of
such goods and materials as laboratory instrument and equipment
, material ,etc. , improve its utilization benefit. Check and
supervise every laboratory to finish every task. 5、 In charge of the building of procession
of the laboratory , do a good job of the experiment personnel's
allocation with the personnel department, such work as undergo
job-specific training , examining , rewarding ,etc.. 6、 Responsible the task of the center of modern
educating and technology, The center of engineering and training. 7、 Finish other tasks that the school assigns.
